I’m excited to announce that I’ve joined the contributor team at LiveStrong.com. Sharing what I’ve learned over the course of my journey into better health, fitness, and all around happiness has allowed me to connect with a lot of great like-minded people, and I look forward to reaching even more.
I’ve heard a few people snub healthy living habits as a “fad”, and while I don’t really understand why eating well, getting exercise, and generally improving one’s health should be anything but business-as-usual, if it has to be a “fad” to reach people, so be it!
